Cupcakes love

I heart  adore cupcakes with all my little heart.

If there’s anything I would refuse to share, it would be these Plain Vanilla cupcakes. Maybe I’ll spare you two bites, oh screw that, if you get one bite, I think you should consider yourself lucky. I almost wanted to strangle my fat bro who stole my cupcake.

Plain Vanillas are a tad pricier than Twelve Cupcakes but they’re definitely worth the extra couple of cents. Man, I would travel to Holland Village for these cupcakes. I only wish that they would open a branch nearer to my house or office so I can have them more often. It’s not too sweet such that it’s over cloying. These goodies are baked in the small shop daily and they run out fast so do make a call/tweet them before heading down.

The icing for salted caramel is good because it carries a tinge of sea salt which is often forgotten and over powered by the strong sweet caramel. The icing goes well with the cake and is not too runny – I hate runny icing which makes eating cupcakes a chore.

These are so good I think I might just make the one hour public transport travel for these cupcakes.

Look for La Nonna (an Italian restaurant), it’s up the stairwell next to La Nonna. Blink and you’ll miss it.
